The incident occurred before the store officially opened, as excitement for the latest Apple products, which also include new AirPods and iWatches, led to a tense situation. According to on-air reports, the altercation was brief, lasting about five minutes, before security personnel, who were already deployed for the launch event, intervened and brought the situation under control.
