Behind the Archive is a short documentary about my Apple collection and the story behind iCollect.
What started with just a few vintage Macintosh computers slowly grew into a collection filled with Apple products, accessories, original packaging and printed material. Over the last ten years, collecting turned into documenting, photographing and eventually creating a book built around the archive itself.
This documentary follows that process. From storage units and restoration projects to photographing the collection and designing iCollect page by page.
iCollect is currently available in a limited first print run.
