Apple Resumes Watch Sales After Appeals Court Lifts Ban

Apple

Apple Inc. said it’s resuming sales of its latest smartwatch models in its US retail stores. The US International Trade Commission had banned the import and sale of the products at Apple’s official channels after it ruled in favor of medical device maker Masimo Corp. in a patent infringement case. On Wednesday, an appellate court issued an interim stay of the ITC’s decision while Apple seeks to overturn it. Mark Gurman reports on Bloomberg Television.
