MacBook Neo – a day in the life.

MacBook Neo is one of the most important Apple products I’ve used in years. Beyond being an incredible value Mac that I can confidently recommend to family, friends, and viewers, it also reminds me of why I fell in love with Apple in the first place.

In this video, I spend a full day using all four MacBook Neo colors — Silver, Blush, Citrus, and Indigo — across the kinds of everyday tasks these laptops were designed for. From web browsing, email, social media, ChatGPT, Notion, and note-taking with Notability, to research, YouTube, media consumption, and even some light video editing, I wanted to see what it would be like to genuinely live with the Neo instead of simply reviewing it.

Along the way, I compare both the 256GB and 512GB MacBook Neo configurations, discuss battery life, portability, performance, and share why this friendly, approachable Mac evokes the same joy, excitement, and optimism I felt using some of the classic Apple products I grew up with.
