The Sims 3 (64-bit) – M1 Apple Silicon – Macbook Air 2020

Making friends with firemen.. The Sims 3 (Origin) running on a MacBook Air 2020 512GB with 8 GB RAM and 8 GPU cores. Initially in November 2020 I had issues running the 64-bit version of the game. However since I reset my MacBook Air, the game now launches. Some issues runing the game in 16:9 so I recorded in 16:10. The graphics setting show this as running at 1920×1080, but for some reason the aspect ratio still feels somewhat stretched. Game sometimes crashes in windowed mode, so I ran in fullscreen. Gameplay is mostly fine but sometimes there’s crackly audio.
