How I Made My Own Apple Watch – in China

Thanks to NestWorks for sponsoring this video and joining me with such an ambitious project on such a short timeline! To learn more about the NestWorks C500 CNC mill and back their Kickstarter, go to: https://nestworks-c500.kckb.me/a6548619 (affiliate link)
You can also learn more about the NestWorks C500 CNC mill and the amazing team behind it on the video I released on my second channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZs8PP6lG9k

I tried to build a working Apple Watch in the Huaqiangbei, the world’s largest electronics markets in Shenzhen China, in just one week. The goal was to buy individual parts, and machine a brand-new watch body from scratch. Nestworks (a new desktop CNC startup in Huaqiangbei) took on the challenge with their mill, but a last-minute mistake, a customs seizure, and some brutal assembly/debugging back home turned it into a much bigger adventure than anyone expected!
