In the early 1930s, Stephan Clark’s grandfather came out from England and bought an orchard in the Moutere Hills near Nelson. Three generations on, the family is still on the same land, still growing apples, and now making clean-label dried and processed apple products with no added sugar, no preservatives and no sulphites.
From the orchard to the factory floor, this is the story of a family business built to last.
